Our Sasa

Here is our Sasa contribution for Tamaki Today's video. We chose the tiger because it is our class mascot and the chicken because McDonald County is the poultry capitol of Missouri.

Here is a Sasa made by Rubecca, Slendy, and Megan. They used the Macarena for inspiration.

Kia ora Mr C's class
That was a great job you guys did creating a sasa with your own flavour. I am looking forward to seeing how Room 6 use it for their global sasa movie.

I just wanted to say on behalf of my classroom, the teachers that I have shown at my school and also the community what an awesome job you all did. My students were in awe that a school across the other side of the world would learn a Sasa and it was espically important to the Samoan students in the classroom. Simply brillant. Thanks so much and we'll make sure that we make the final movie available.

Thank you very much for your kind words. I know my students enjoyed doing the Sasa for you (even though most of them would never be caught doing the chicken in public.) Thank you for sharing your communities with us.
